Return Policy
If you are unhappy in any way with the product you have received from Times To Beat, you may return the items for a refund if returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

1) The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. A refund for the purchase price will be credited to your credit card after receipt and inspection of the product. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refundable.

2) To receive a refund for your purchase:
a) You must first obtain a Return Authorization number from our customer service department by calling (703) 516-0043 between 9:00am and 4:30pm EST, Monday thru Friday.
b) Or, you may email customer service at info@eventaxis.com and state the reason for your request and a Return Authorization number will be sent to you via email. Only the cost of your product will be refunded. We are unable to refund the original shipping cost to you.

3) All returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition. Goods determined to have been used or damaged by the customer, will not be accepted for credit or exchange. Please send returns to:

* After your returned product has been received by us, we will issue credit to your credit card.

* If your shipment of any of our products arrives damaged, please immediately call (703) 516-0043 between 9:00am and 4:30pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Or you may email customer service at info@eventaxis.com.

* Upon receipt of your goods, if we determine they were damaged in shipping or shipped defective, new goods will be sent to you as replacements for your order. If you return goods to us without first obtaining a Return Authorization number through customer service, our receiving department will refuse it.

With all returns, Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package.
